I have to totally disagree with all you guys. The old UFC fights sucked compared to today. I mean look at this fuckin fat ass, he looks like Big Pun trying to fight somebody.
The fighters of today are similar. The . difference is the “much” improvement of fighting techniques with size! It will be a-while before anyone can dominate Fedor’s style . Just like the “Gracie’s” did it back in the early stages of “ground-fighting”. I personally think Royces’ style of fighting and his families was the elite when the fighters were called “pound-for-pound the best”…What if the “Pride” committee and U.F.C. “fighter’s” had a tournament of some kind .
This may cau$e a greater increa$e in attraction and revenue. But it’$ in the hand$ of people like Mr.Dana to decide…I would want to see more competitive fights. So far “Pride” is where the real action is as far as allowing the figthers’ to compete.
