    Yeah Demian deserves a title shot but he doesnt have a chance against Anderson. Silva will pick him a part Demian has no striking and if he somehow takes Anderson down SIlva has a Black Belt in BJJ and wont be submitted by him.

    i have to agree,i love maia and i know he’s on another levelbut he’s not there yet,in terms of the ability to control the standing game enough to open up those opportunity’s to get silva to the ground,if they were to fight now i think it would look alot like the thales leites fight

    I agree with you on all your points. Though they are both black belts, Maia’s is on a another level. His skills are not something that you can learn, his technique is fluid. For him to get to the ground with Anderson will definately be something he has never had to deal with.

    Anderson Silva is a black belt, no question about that, but Demian is a world class black belt, not just a regular b. belt he is the most condecorated bjj black belt in the ufc right now and his skills in the ground is in another level.

    not true his takedown defense sux n though he is a black belt he dosen’t have too much to it he’s been submitted by 2 stupid little asians and almost got submitted by Lutter but lutter was gassed. Maia by submission any round.
