    TAKEMARU666 : agreed no legs, but i have seen him in a gym in minn. and he was squating high reps of 450. he was huge, but guess now mma u dont need huge legs. its the will not the skill

    well some simple things to also help your punches is simply holding a dumbell and doing punches and not letting your hands go down so even when your tired you learn to keep you hands up and it builds up your punching power. if you can pounch with 5,10,15 pounds in your hand then without the weieght you can punch a lot harder lol
